Boarding rules

Please read these before you travel. They're also on your emailed ticket.

Your ticket

Your ticket is emailed to you. Show it to the driver, printed or on your phone.

Be early

Be at the pickup point 15 minutes before departure, so there is time to load bags and bikes. Shuttles leave on time.

Luggage

1 carry-on and 1 checked bag (max 23 kg) are free. Extra checked bags are $20 CAD each, up to 2 extra per passenger. Skis, snowboard or golf bag $15 CAD each.

Bikes

Bikes are $25 CAD and must be booked and paid when you book. Rack space is limited: if a bike wasn't booked and the rack is full, we can't take it and the ticket can't be refunded.

Rest stops

Please be back on board within the time the driver gives you. We are not responsible for passengers who are not back on time.

Food

Fish, meat, spices and other strong-smelling food are not allowed on board or in luggage.

Phone calls

Please keep calls short and at a quiet volume (except on private charters and group tours).

Belongings

Our liability is limited to $100 CAD per checked bag. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

Changes and refunds

Free changes up to 48 hours before departure, $25 CAD after that. 50% refund up to 48 hours before departure, no refunds after that.
